Is the 72 hour window still in effect for e visa for Dominican?  I have tried many times but keep getting incorrect passport# or application code. I have tried with new application codes and get same message.

I had problems using Mozilla browser and switched to Microsoft Edge, then it worked. it could be the browser you are using.
