Good afternoon, I have residency for 4 years and DR drivers licence + cedula. Need to renew drivers licence. Can I do it myself - is it difficult and what I need or do I need to pay attorney to help me with it ?

You go to Intrant wherever you are with your current license, cedula and residency card. They will renew it

Very easy to do.  Hearing test, vision test, 20-something questions on an ipad. You do need to prepay at BanReservas and make sure you bring that receipt to the appointment.
