you have to be very careful about the attorneys here , because they’re not like in the states or Canada, the don’t specialize in one area of the law , so one day they’ll be doing estates law and then at the end of the week they’ll be doing criminal law before moving on to doing a closing on a house… remember there isn’t any escrow accounts here so when your closing on your property bring a bank check and don’t send any advance money… G-luck

Also remember that lawyers do not all have the same education.    Many do not have a good education!  Vet your lawyer carefully
