Hello everyone,

I would like to buy an apartment or house in Cuba where It is sold by foreigner owned individual so I can transfer it in my name. I am Canadian citizen.

Only a resident can own property in Cuba. That would include Cuban citizens, the non-Cuban spouses of Cuban citizens and those non-Cuban citizens who have been granted interim or permanent residence under a category of special dispensationcalled friends of Cuba..
