Does anyone out there know how to do this online?  Thanks!

Do you have a CR bank account?  If you are referring to CCCSS payments for health insurance,  BCR and BNCR have links to pay for services such as CAJA/ CCSS.  You can do direct transfers to pay the monthly amount.

I an account at BAC

I'm sure BAC has a way to accept payments. I do mine through BCR, choose CCSS, "Asegurado Voluntario" and my residence cedula. No problem

Muchísimas gracias.   This is what I needed 😁

It is possible BAC does not have the ability to accept payments. I know there are some things only BCR has the ability to pay.
If you know anyone in Costa Rica you could send them the money by paypal and have them pay it for you. I used to do that when I lived up north.

By the way, why do they call it Voluntario? Pretty sure it is "Necesario", there is no choice.
