Looking for house to rent in Hue - preferably old city (north side)

Hi

My wife and I have moved to Hue for 12 months as Australian volunteers working at Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry. We are looking to rent a 1-3 bedroom house or apartment for 12 months - either on north side (old city) or central Hue. Does anyone know of rental properties which might be currently available in these locations?

The north (Citadel) side floods regularly!

There is accommodation associated with one of the uni's on the newer side.

Bring rubber (Wellington) boots - you'll need them! Nice quiet city, though but the beaches are about 10 kilometres out of town.

Hi,

I saw your comments about accommodations in Hue.
I am looking for an accommodation in the center of Hue, already furnished (with washing machine), with 2 bedrooms, or at least 1 bedroom and one convertible sofa. My budget is about 200 dollars per month and I need to stay in Hue for a long time. At least 6 months, could be 2 years.

Do you have some contacts or websites to find it?
