I'm currently living outside Vietnam, but I have property there and a Vietcombank bank account. The banks have recently asked customers to update their accounts with biometric security. However, I don't have the QR code on may debit card and they are asking people to come into the bank. Has anyone (foreigner) been able to implement the biometrics? And, if so, how did you do it? Lastly, if you're out of the country and you were able to implement the biometrics, how did you do it? Thank you in advance.

Yes, my wife and I walked into ACB Đà Nẵng & one of the customer service assistants helped us.

We are still waiting for AGRIBANK to let us know how to implement the change.

We'll go into the branch soon to see if they've come up with a plan for foreigners.
