Need a sponsoring from a company, yes, only experts can enter.
+ need money (for example quarantine = 14 x 1,7 million VND minimum)

Be carefil using any paid for service to fain sponsorship, chances are at this tkme they are doing so ilegally just to me some cash.

Expert entry is usually by some job offer invitation and needs special condtions, which i suspect you do not meet otherwise your employer / sponsor would have already taken care of
