Visit to Danang

trscott2022

Hi all, just wondering what Danag is like to meet other young people. I’m 38, professional and looking to visit and work from there for 6-8 weeks. Would love to check out the sites, cuisine, hikes, beach with other expats. Is it a good place for that?

also, best area to live for that period in Danang?

Welcome to the Vietnam forum @trscott2022

It sounds as if you want an active lifestyle while you are here in the Đà Nẵng area, so my #1 recommendation is to hit the beach in the morning by dawn (about 5:30 A.M. now).

Not only is it the #1 free activity here (in my opinion) but that's when you are more  likely to encounter like-minded foreigners swimming or surfing or walking on the beach or playing volleyball or riding bicycles or...

In the evening you can hang at places such as the "Heaven Bar" (link)

Enjoy your visit!
