Trouble getting US benefits paid into Viet Nam account

I’ve been waiting for six months to get my US federal benefits payments it’s been a mess from the start and now I don’t know where to turn . Manila office is saying transfer happened bank is saying no record this has been ongoing for months . Does anybody know how to fix this issue ? Is anybody else having this problem ?

Your profile said you're an Australian expat, but you receive US federal benefits?

Anyway, would it be simpler to have the payment deposit into a US account?
