Which carrier is it locked to? There are sites that you can buy unlock codes from online.

I think so. Coz he only unlocked my phone temporarily. Told me i can't put a different sim card again or I would have to pay the same price.

I mean I told you how to do it but now you're stuck with some makeshift temporary solution... but I'll do it for you with a premium. Depending on which carrier it's locked to I can unlock your phone (permanently, like actually unlocked) for around 1 million, or you can do it yourself online for 600k.
