They should have storage space for in/outbound HHG's waiting to clear customs and might provide you with a secure space for your bike for a shory period.

so quite a few places for your scoot in HCMC from what I gather, looks like the price is 300,000 to 400,000 a month. Probably worth asking for the addresses first and having a look at the facilities.

Just so that it is known. You can have your bike kept for a month at some of the 24 hr bikepark for 180 000 VND. Tax Center in Nguyen Hue has one (often full). Otherwise, Ho Tung Mau has several.

If you know someone living at Saigon Pearl, Manor,.., the fee is similar plus the garage is indoor.
