Does anyone in VN have US Mobile phone service?

I was looking into US Mobile phone service for receiving calls and texts in VN. The $15 plan says it includes Int's calling and texting but just wondering if that's calling/texting to VN or calling/receiving calls/text while in VN. I called them and they said calling/texting while in VN but I just want to be sure before paying $180 for 12 months which is a great price if it works while I'm in VN. They did say there are 2 sim card choices and I need to choose the GSM (T-Mobile) or white sim for roaming. Receiving calls are OK but I need the texting service for SMS verifications.

I use Zalo. This is the #1 app in Vietnam and allows you to use your US cell number.

Mark, is Zalo a Voip service? A lot of banks and websites do not send SMS to Voip services hence US Mobile. I have Magic Jack and cannot receive SMS with MJ.

Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, it's voip and I use it with T-Moble in the United States.

For banking however, I use the Vietcombank app, but the caveat is that my account is connected to my local address in Sài Gòn and VN number with Mobifone. It also helps using an esim.
