Housing Hsinchu Science Park

Hi all,

I am considering to start a job in the science park in Hsinchu and I have a few questions regarding housing.
In order to allow easy commuting, i.e. using the science park shuttle busses, I am very much interested in living in/close to the science park. I read e.g. about housing complexes at guangfu road. Does anybody know whether there are 1 bedroom appt. available? If yes, are they typically furnished (including also washing machine..)? Is it also possible to do the grocery in this area?

If anybody could share his/her experience, I would highly appreciate that.
