1) friendly people
2) every thing under one roof ( beaches, up-countries, archaeological site, clubs, etc..
3) Many different restaurants mostly Chinese restaurants every where..
4) cost of living not really cheap, but manageable, depends on your income.
etc..

Im sure you will have good time, just come and experience it
