I am organizing a day out to all expats in Sri Lanka.
This will be a great fun, informative and opportunity to meet others face to face.

I think you should organize this expat event through this site first because I don't think everybody would be very comfortable giving their mobile numbers. Everybody registered to this site can invite other expats they know to the event too. I mean if the purpose is too meet, why not do it over this site? Just announce the meeting point and we will be there! After 7 pm if possible! This is my humble opinion. Hope it helps... Good luck.
