Hello Barrie, There are many immigration lawyers in SL just google for them. There are also two immigration lawyers who have their ads on expat.com business directory so it is unfair to them that If I would share the google search results here on the open forum.  https://www.expat.com/en/business/asia/ … n-lawyers/

On the other hand you don't necessarily need a lawyer or an agent to arrange your retirement visa in SL on the contrary to some other countries. All the requirements you should have and how you should proceed etc. you find all that here  http://www.immigration.gov.lk/web/index … mp;lang=en
