Hi my s pass application submitted on 26/09/2021 and from today it's been 1 month still showing bending status anyone experience like this long time?

You need to ask your employer to follow up with mom..

4-6 weeks is normal, I’d be worried post that and would ask my employer to follow up

When employer asked mom they replied only wait awhile
But i scared my current company applied renewal for me but never asked me so later ipa released ask me to go medical test i said don't i want change company later i paid back my application fees then my employer withdrawn application. it will be reson for my application delay?

It’s hard for me to understand your message, but I am guessing your question is, you had a renewal done, whilst a new application was submitted- if that’s the case, your new application, yes, could have been impacted.
