Hi everyone,
Currently I am holding s pass and I found a job from new company on February and new company applied my pass on 17/02/2021 it was rejected on 02/03/2021 because of the job posting issue and they appealed (they give explanation blah blah)same day on 02/03/2021 .Untill now (45 days the status is still pending) who the one applied for me sent to me status screenshot.Company reposted job ad in job bank after one week they appealed and now already over 28days .Anybody has had experience like this ? Thanks in advance to everyone 🙏🏻

An appeal is useless in this case, because it does not address the job posting issue.
Rather, the employer must post the job for 28 days and, only if no suitable local candidate applies (who must be hired instead of you), can they hire you and submit a new work pass application.
Do not resign from your current job before the new work pass is approved!
