hi everyone..
the agency told,the workright MOM inspection is going on in company. it conducted separately for singaporean workers then after they inspect with foreign workers. it will take a week to complete the inspection.
the above is it true or not??
they inspect separately for foreign &singaporean workers???

MoM officers don’t go desk by desk to check who are locals and who are not.

If they are visiting for inspection then either it was a routine event or they got information about the employer with suspicion.

At any given day, all the employers have to follow guidelines in place to have a balance ratio 3:1 at minimum. Any deviation to that will bring MoM suspicious.
