Dependent pass renewel rejected after 5 years on ep

Hello friends.

As u all know from my last post my dependent pass rejected. My appeal also rejected two times on the second day itself. Now when my husband employer cal them and ask they said may be you can make a new application after some time we can consider.
But MOM office never mention any time period.
Pls advice when should i again apply a new application????
Because now i m on my extension of 1 month,
can i apply now???

Pls help me guys very worried

Yes, you can apply. No need to wait. Hopefully they will consider this time. It should not take much longer. But, if your husband salary is at lower end then it will get tougher to get. Good luck

Hi surya

My husband salary is 6+ .Salary was not issue last time also.
It was adverse record of my profile.
MOM person said u can wait and make a new application after sometime,may be we can consider.
So confuse pls reply

Then clear the adverse record at MoM. If it’s cleared already then you should apply fresh application as per MoM suggestion. Good luck

But how i will know adverse record cleared or not?? Because MOM rejected my appeal 2 times.

An adverse recods cannot b cleared by applying again and again.
As long as the adverse record is not cleared, all your applications will be rejected.
Thus you should contact MoM, as Surya said, and ask how to clear it.

Ok thanks beppi and surya. I m going tomorow to MOM may be they can give some solution.
Is there any chance that after 1 or 2 year is it cleared from the system
