How long will my work pass (EP, S-Pass, WP) application take
As this forum has helped me to understand about the epass approval process, duration of approval, I would like to share my outcome as below:
Nationality: Indian
Qualification: post graduate
sector: pharma consultant
already had 4 year back s pass which surrendered in 2017 itself.
16 Nov 2021: Application Submitted/ status pending
19 Nov 2021: Status changed from Pending to " Input required from other agencies to process this application......"
06 Dec 2021: Approved
In most of tge cases as shared by members, it takes around 15-18 days after status changed to input required from other agencies but not always true.
Good luck for those who are still waiting.
I've got a lot of useful information (and emotional support) during my EP application, and would like to contribute to the forum by sharing my own experience for your reference.
Application type: EP (currently I'm holding S Pass and the new employer sponsors the EP for me)
Nationality: Chinese
Education: Master degree from a European Univ.
Sector: Financial Services
Work experience: 3 years (with 2.5 yrs in Singapore)
Pay rise: 36%
7 Dec 2021: Application Submitted
10 Dec 2021: Status as Pending
14 Dec 2021: Approved
It took only 7 days (5 working days) for the whole process, which is surprisingly shorter than expected. Maybe it's because the new employer (an American firm) is quite known in the sector and my new job is consistent with my experience/background, despite a quite high pay rise.
Good luck guys!

Then you should contact the company's HR department.
When is your starting date? Are you already in Singapore, or did you arrange your trip?
While applying new EP, in the education details it asks fields like University and Faculty.
In my case the faculty is submitted wrongly (Engineering instead of Technology).
As I've done B.Tech ( Bachelor of technology) and not B.E. (Bachelor of engineering)
Technically both are correct as both are used for engineering, additionally my branch was computer science and engineering (marksheets already uploaded for the same) but the degree says bachelor of technology
In old EP applications (previous years, in was correctly submitted as technology)
So my question is if this is going to be an issue with EP approval ? And what will happen in this case? Also is there any option HR can update that field ?
(EP applied 2 days back )
Just wanna share my first EP process

It was in processing.
My HR submitted EP renewal application late night 13 Jan. It's been almost 2 weeks and my application is still pending. Should I be worried?
Background: 1.5 year working experience, graduated from local uni, my ep expires in Jun this year.
Thank you!

Isn't this for new application? Thought renewal should be straight forward.

I like to seek your advice on what do you think is happening to my EP application?
Profile
4 year relevant experience Total 8 years experience
Finance Sector
UK Postgraduate Diploma
Salary 10K
As data points, here's my timeline:
Feb 17: Application submitted
Mar 7: MOM email Avvanz to clarify degree equivalent. Avvanz replied same day and informed me.
Mar 7: We need inputs from other agencies to process this application. In most instances, the outcome will be available in 4 weeks' time. Some cases may take longer.
Mar 17: Still same status got email from MOM we need more time to process the application and we will let you know once there is an outcome.
Do you think is because of my nationality as there is war now and is been sanctioned for trade but I have been working in China for more than 5 years as Senior Management. Are they waiting for MAS to approve my application? Do you know if MOM and MAS communicate?

Sanctioned for trade, I read- confirming again if you are a Russian?
Sanctions imposed currently are for certain diplomats, other political individuals, not every citizen of Russia- just to clarify. So it shouldn’t really matter, until everything else is in order. Verifications take 4 weeks, so please be patient.
Want to know comments from you guys.

We are very impressed with how Singapore is managing the Covid-19 pandemic and School.
I would like know how long may take to get IPA?
also how long it takes for immunization registry clearance for kids?
you comments are highly appreciated.
My first name have space in degree certicate but all other documents like passport, PAN and all have firstname with out space. Ex : Ram Charan (in Degree certificate) and Ramcharan (in Passport). My employer going to apply EP. Is that cause any rejection by MOM.
Happy if some one will clarify this .
