Appeal against refused entry

There are exactly two possibilities:

1. Your employer (not you!) contacts MoM to find out what the reason for the rejection was - and then appeals with sufficient proof to show that the decision was wrong.
2. You look for a job in another country.

I recommend the second option. The chance to reverse a denial of entry (connected with a ban for at least several years, or even forever) after six months of inactivity is VERY low - why did you not appeal immediately at that time?

You cannot apply for a work pass yourself (only the employer can) - and also ICA is not in charge of these (it is MoM). You either do not mean what you write, or you do not know what you're doing.
