Applying for LTVP as a Spouse of a PR

Since your EP is expiring, you are shifting from a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) pass to an Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) pass.

Who Sponsors? Your wife (the PR) must be your sponsor. She will log in to the ICA e-Service to apply for you.

Income Proof: While your own past income tax and payslips show you were a responsible and contributing resident, the sponsor's financial stability is the primary focus for an LTVP.

The $3,000 Salary: For a PR sponsoring a spouse, there is no "hard" minimum like the $6,000 rule for work pass holders. However, ICA looks at whether the sponsor can support the household. $3,000 is on the lower side for a sponsor, but it is not an automatic rejection.
