Can anyone recommend of a good urologist and oncologist in Cebu?  By good means that he/she has high success rate (about 90%) of treating patients.

Welcome Cebugal. You didn't give much info and I don't have a recommendation.  I will just say that my GF lost two brothers to cancer recently,, however in both cases it was discovered late so the prognosis wasn't good to begin with. While I have found most doctors here to be fine for normal things, I maintain health insurance in the States and will go back for treatment of anything serious.
