Tourist beach for build business

Okieboy

One must be careful when investing in this type of business, for some reason it is not easy to obtain a permit to open a resort, there are two I know of near me that have been completed 5 years ago but not yet open, I ask what is the problem and was told not able to obtain a permit, both of these resorts are owned by Filipinos, and are very nice, there must be something keeping the number of resorts at a certain level, so beware make sure all permits can be obtained before you invest

Seems like that slippery slope might be cured with ample supply of grease in the right places.

I promised myself I will ask this the next time I see you use it.  What is OMO?

Okieboy

Yes maybe, but better to know before you build, both of these resorts are for sale but no takers at 64 million
