British Professional Exploring Career Opportunities in the Philippines

Hi everyone,

I'm David, a UK-based International Film Director, Producer and Project Manager, currently exploring career opportunities in the Philippines.

I have a diverse professional background spanning project management, business analysis, data management, IT systems, business process improvement, training and operational delivery. I've spent many years working across both public and private sector environments, including the NHS, supporting projects, improving processes, implementing systems and helping organisations work more effectively.

My experience includes:

• Project & Programme Management: Project planning, coordination, PMO support, governance, reporting and delivery.

• Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow optimisation and business transformation.

• IT & Data Management: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SQL/SSMS, data administration, systems support and information management.

• Training & Development: Delivering technical training, creating learning materials and supporting staff through new systems and processes.

• Film, Television & Media: International film production, directing, distribution, creative development and managing production teams.

I've worked with a variety of technologies and platforms, including Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Workday Financials, NHS systems, SQL and SharePoint. I also have experience with PRINCE2 and Agile project environments.

Alongside my corporate experience, I run my own film production company, so I'm equally comfortable managing people, budgets, creative projects and business relationships.

I'm particularly interested in opportunities where I can bring my UK experience and transferable skills to businesses in the Philippines, whether that's within project management, IT, data, business operations, consultancy or the media industry.

I'm open to hearing about permanent positions, contract opportunities, consultancy work and interesting collaborations.

I'm also interested in connecting with other British expats and professionals already established in the Philippines. It would be great to hear about the local employment market and make some new connections.

If you know of any organisations looking for someone with my experience, I'd be delighted to hear from you.

Thanks for taking the time to read my introduction, and hopefully I'll get to meet some of you along the way!

Best wishes,

David
