Welcome Schneidman

Born in Holland, Canadian now. Have a ticket to land in Cebu on November 1st staying till Feb 25th.

Any advice on renting a condo ?

Windsurfer, feel free to start a new thread, but in a nutshell you can check the listings here on the Expat site, look on VRBO for a short term rental, or another I have used for normal rentals (not short term) is Lamudi<dot>com<dot>ph. Keep in mind that you may sometimes see listings multiple times, as "agents" here in the Philippines are often just part time or freelancers who pickup a listing. Try to talk to the owner if you can.
