Hello everyone. I am F and I am from Singapore. I received a job offer as a sales assistant and will be flying over to the Maldives next week. This will be my first full-time job and I am really excited to be there!

Iam Ajith,a new member in this group.  Iam a physiotherapist by profession. Recently I got a job offer  from maldives to work as a physiotherapist. Salary mentioned in it is around 1000 USD per month. They provides  accomodation but the food must be cooked by our own. They wont give any special allowance for that.
I would like to know more about  the cost of living there in maldives .My intention is to save as much money as I can . Iam not that kind of a guy who  spends a lot on entertainment or luxuries. Please help  me to know more about the living standard  and oppurtunities for a physiotherapist in maldives.

I was offered with US$ 350 of BS and some US$ of SC. I think it will just enough to live cause they will provide accommodation and meals. And um, I would like to know about being an expat in Maldives.
