Waiting for work permit in one of the island resort in Maldives

Hello everyone, this is my first time working overseas, especially in the Maldives. I wanna know how long the work permit take? I apply thru an agent, they didn't quite helpful at all so I took an initiate to ask the HR and Manager. It's been 2 weeks since I submitted my documents to the HR but the HR haven't replied my message.

If there’s any info regarding the work permit, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you1f62d.svg1f64f.svg
