CTC for marriage and birth certificate

But authentication can only be done in india

Just went through that struggle and wanted to share with the team here.

I recently moved to KL and when I went to BLS India for marriage attestation, I was told that I should get individual state attestation and then Ministry of External Affairs (Delhi or Chennai) and only then I should be able to submit for Marriage attestation.

Checked with my friends here and they reported that it was not like that earlier.   Maybe they changed the rules.

I did not know what I should do next; whether to send the documents back home to get the respective state and central attestation.   I was also informed that one of my friends has applied for RELATIONSHIP certificate for DP.  I was trying to check with my company HR and she declined that and said she will need only the Marriage Cert and not the Relationship cert.  Again I got stuck here.

So I decided to connect with BLS, High Commission of India, and MyExpats via email to get some details on this and they responded back on the same line.  I took another step to call Indian Embassy and after few redirects I talked with Mr.  Suresh Kumar (who is the attesting authority) and came to know that they accept ONLINE PROOF for Marriage also. 

There ended my search.  I got a printout of my online cert and went to Embassy for attestation.  They verified it and they gave approval for a go-ahead to apply in BLS.

I got the marriage cert attested succesfully in this week.

So friends, please share this with gravitas stuck with this attestation process. 

There is no mandatory requirement for MEA attestation and even with ONLINE PROOF of marriage cert, we should get the certificates attested by High commission of India.

For other state records, we need respective state gravitas to share the details.

Can you confirm that Malaysian Immigration have accepted this type of CTC?

There is no differentiation in this CTC.  What they need is the attestation from the High Commission of India on the certificates.

So did immigration accept the document you submitted ie printout of marriage certificate CTC by BLS?

So what is the process. Is it submitting the original Marriage Certificate and the  printout to BLS for them to arrange  the CTC on the printout?
