Tramadol Over the counter in KL

Hi

I am moving to Kuala Lumour next moth, and I am on tramadol pills for back pain.

I need to know if its sold over the counter in pharmacies in malaysia?

Malaysia is stricter than many countries on what is sold off the shelf.  Having said that, the paracetamol tablets are 650 mg in size and that is a very high dosage for an over-the-counter sale and there is no restriction on the amount purchased at one time. There are even very big boxes for sale.

Medicines, etc. are VERY expensive in Malaysia and I presume that is because medication can be covered by medical insurance?
