I guess you are aware of the general restrictions on dogs in Malaysia. I have heard that Desa Park is a popular location for dog owners and you may find some extra facilities there. Dogs have to be on a lead when not in your yard. Here is some additional information: kualalumpur.angloinfo.com/information/family/pets/

i have a friend who has a medium sized dog who moved from bangsar to desa park, you have to carry your dog out of the guarded area,  or you have to transport your dog in your car which i think is not feasible unless u have a small dog
