Do Expats have to go back to their home country at end of contract?

F_94

Hello. I am working in Malaysia as expat for several years now. (permanent employee)

I wanted to know if I end my contract with my employer, do I need to show my home country ticket or I can show the ticket for any country as long as I leave Malaysia?

For example if I get a job offer from Australia ,can I just show the ticket to Australia?

(I have work visa cat II )

Thanks  :)

No need to show ticket, Just take the tax clearance and ask your employer to apply cancellation of your EP. Then fly wherever you want
