Anyone facing the problem with that 120 seconds thingy when sending private message to others?

@ Julien - yes but it does not work properly, so we simply can't reply to a PM. Even when waiting 5 minutes it still tells us we can't because of the 120 sec spam setting - which is IMHO set way too high (sometime I just want to answer a line to a PM which takes 5 second to draft).

As for the http, it should let the user know. Not just classify it as spam straight.
