Where are you from? there are few recruitment agencies in KL.. maybe you should register those agency... but i've only known one agency which is called JAC recruitment. unfortunately they focus on Japanes and korean. Sorry that i can't help you much..

You might like to try some of the international hotels in Kuala Lumpur as the location you mentioned are full of 5-Star hotels who might need your expertise. Of course, do not expect them to pay much though. Go for the opportunity to get hired, then work from there. Of course, bear in mind, most companies will give priority to the locals.
