Hello, I just want to know is it if stay at flat the bil of water,heater and electric to expensive charge? I'm confuse and this month on February I get 2 bill ( 50k + tengge n 70k + tengge ) and no body person in charge come my house to take the latest meter and sunddely give us the bill. Please advise us
