Restrictions / Vaccinations in Japan

Dear fellow members


could someone tell me if the restrictions and vaccinations still apply in Japan, my last trip was in 2018, but had all my flights booked for May 01 2020, because of the world pandemic, I had to cancel all my flights and haven’t tried since.
