Tibetan teacher in Kyoto mid 1990s

I attended a retreat entitled "miracle and dream" hosted at a temple in Kyoto, during golden week of 1996 (or maybe 97 or 95). It was advertised in Kyoto Time Out (in I guess the February or March issues) but they are not digitised (chatGPT couldn't help). Does anyone out there know who was the Tibetan lama who led it?

Thanks, but no, I don't think so.  I know the dalai lama (he ordained me) but the lama of that distant retreat was less famous.  Hoping that just maybe someone out there has a stash of old Kyoto Time Outs from then..
