this is very nice project.
i've been several times in Indonesia and really willing to relocate there.
I am french chef for more than 10 years. I run my own restaurant in Marseille and also give cooking lessons.
I only work for fine dining and stars likers restaurants.
My next plan is to build cooking school and restaurant manager improval.

Actually I am head chef able to manage Indonesian food.
My wife in Jakarta is wine cellar and she can easilly deal with 80 customers alone for advice, selling and wine tasting.
