Claiming EPF pension after leaving India

_Mael92

Hello fellow expats,

I worked in India for several years under an Indian contract, and therefore contributed to the Employee Provident Fund.
From what I understand, this is possible for me as a French citizen thanks to an SSA agreement between France and India.

I applied through the regular EPF website, however it quickly appeared that it has only been designed for Indian residents. My claim was rejected (no reason provided).
I also tried to claim it though the portal for international workers, but I couldn't complete it entirely as it has been designed for Indian nationals who went to work in France.

I would like to know if anybody has managed to claim it's pension from India successfully? Sorry it's quite a technical questions, but I would think that other people have tried to claim it.

Cheers,
