300 tunisian dinar

My male tunisian friend took 300 Tunisian dinar from my account with my bank card.  Is this a lot of money for a local as all we had was a local meal.  Also he charged me 160 td per night for a room at royal beach basically hotel in September.

I've known him for 2 year and he says he has feelings for me. I don't know if I a. Being  fooled.
