As a Mauritian, I can say that living near the beach here is truly wonderful. Beautiful tropical scenery, reliable expat services, and a welcoming community. Costs can be higher near the coast, but the lifestyle is worth it.


In short, Mauritius is very expat-friendly, offering good healthcare, accommodation options, and a rich multicultural environment.
