Retirement in Namibia

My husband and I am also planning to retire in Namibia to be close to our Children (children are Namibian citizens). We have a paid property to build a house, registered as a tax payer and are financially self sufficient. Will it be possible to get residency as retirees? Will we be able to import our SA vehicle and furniture as retirees, without paying import taxes?

I do not know how things are, Corona will make things more complex, but for me the easiest way would be to go through the "Golden Visa" which was initiated last year. I am waiting for this personally,
