Non-resident sole trader in Namibia

Hello,

I am a Polish citizen and resident currently preparing a small consulting business in Namibia under the name CIOLEKPRO.

I will remain resident in Poland and provide management, manufacturing and engineering consulting services remotely to foreign clients. I do not plan to relocate to Namibia.

I am trying to understand the practical process for a foreign non-resident individual / sole trader.

Could anyone with first-hand experience please confirm:

Can a foreign non-resident register with NamRA as an Individual for Business / sole trader without residing in Namibia?

Does NamRA accept a foreign residential address, or is a Namibian physical/business address required?

Has anyone completed the NamRA / ITAS registration process remotely from outside Namibia?

If a local Namibian address is required, can anyone recommend a small local accountant, bookkeeping or secretarial firm that provides a simple address-only arrangement for NamRA purposes?

Is a local representative, public officer, resident partner or employee required for a non-resident individual business?

I am interested specifically in practical experience with NamRA and business registration, not immigration or residence permits.

Thank you in advance for any concrete information.
