Hi everyone,

Finding suitable activities for your children during the school holidays in Morocco can be tricky. We'd love to hear your tips and feedback on how to keep your kids busy during the holidays in Morocco, depending on your finances.

Which activities are your children taking part in this year?

How did you enrol them for these activities, did you have to sign them up for it in advance?

How did you find out about these activities in Morocco (via their school, by talking to other parents, through newspapers, social networks, etc.)?

Are these activities charged or free?

How many hours per day do they last? Are meals or snacks included? Is a transport service, such as a minibus to pick up the children at home in the morning and bring them back in the afternoon, offered?

Certainly, it's not easy to find such services in Morocco comparing to other countries because the demand isn't high, but you still can find good offers in big cities like Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier...etc
The second problem is the channel to find these service providers. I think most of them are private schools and it's charged of course (usually it starts at 80 $ a month or more) , so you have just to search on internet and you may find some results or ask some parents and private schools to give you some suggestions
I think also that Facebook, especially the groups are useful for this kind of request, but you need to talk in French or Arabic dialect to get responses
There is also what we call " Camping program " it's organised each summer by Sports and Youth Ministry in dedication for moroccan children for a symbolic priceor maybe it's free, I'm not sure. It's used to be a good option for poor families, but it's good.
