Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone knows how easy and the relevant steps needed to convert land from residential I to commercial?

Any advice relating to this will be immensely appreciated! 🙃

Hello everyone,

Only agricultural land needs conversion to residential land.

If you are looking forward to building or using an existing residential land for commercial purposes, you need a land and building permit. Get in touch with local authorities (municipality and so on for the process and checklist)
