Hi Barbara,
Like most expats we rent our house and we have quite a large pool, it was installed by Nabridas it is maintained weekly by a local pool guy but any problems then Nabridas comes out to sort, they have been very good so far. On the contact section on their website there is a form where you can ask them questions etc.
