Moving to Mauritius, please share your insights

Hi there Guys

Ian here. We are looking at moving to Mauritius. Been in talks with a company for work down south. Please can someone assist with the following.

Housing - which area that is afforadable. Looking at 150m2 apartment / town house. I believe alot of South Africans like in Black River and then drive. I see however that the fully furnished rentals in BR are very costly.
Schooling. I have a 6 and 9 year old. Are public primary schools any good.
Do you need a medical aid or are the government hospitals O.K
Cost of living.
