Unfortunately this is the only method as it currently stands.

Instructions as per LTT support:

How can I use LTT Prepaid cards?

   1. Call the free number 116
   2. Enter your contract number followed by the # sign.
   3. Enter your code.
   4. To charge your account, enter 1
   5. Enter your contract number followed by the # sign.
   6. The machine will read your contract number.
   7. Now enter the Number on the Prepaid Card followed by the # sign
   8. The machine will read the number you entered
   9. Enter 1 if the number is correct

Yes, they will automatically take the 40 dinar from your account when the renewal date is due. This is providing you don't go over your allowance for this month, if so, 10 of the 40 dinar you are in credit will be used as a top up leaving only 30 dinar in credit, if you catch my drift
